without honor or pride

In a forest dusk
of pontine gloom
lives a lonely creature called
Loki-Loom.

without the air
filled with fresh picked flowers.

What lead us to flight on this lit offset night
That hearts rhythm in tune could aspire scenes of Heaven so soon.
Let the world pass for me and you,
the feeling of Love's coming through.

Got this drum upon my chest
someone hear
as I beat a tune
it is me comin' near.

Appease the man who stands
alone to fight the ills that wane.
Forgive his debts, what price hath
a soul, and do it again and again.

'twas twenty years ago
when things went well ya know
I beat against the flow

Fate has tethered this soul property of mine,
links of fear and guilt make up its grasping line,
Clutching my bleeding spirit and tearing pieces of weakened flesh.
