Daddy Poem by Krista Thomas

Daddy

Daddy, dont you see me as I am? ,
Daddy, you were the first to hold me in your hands,
Daddy, dont you see that I love you? ,
Daddy, I dont love him more than you,
Daddy, I wish you would see him the way I do,

But daddy remember that I love you,
All I can say is that these words are true,
Daddy I will always be your litte girl,
But daddy even though we live in our own little worlds,

Pictures in my mind take me back to that day,
When you taught me to crawl before I walk that way,
When you taught me to ride my bike without falling off,
Even though you were behind me to help me when I stop.
