Daddy Dear
Daddy, dear you look
so young today.
Such shiny hair
and gleaming teeth,
so clear of eye
and sweet of voice.
A suit like this,
Italian shoes,
and just a whiff
of Calvin Klein.
So, incidentally, dear Dad,
I would so much appreciate
if you could lend me
just enough to drive away,
and then come home
to take you for
a most exhilarating ride
in a Mercedes Benz.
And all my friends,
they love you too.
