Daddy's Little Girl Poem by Alleya Bennett

Daddy's Little Girl

Rating: 5.0

Daddy's little girl
Growing up in a cold world.
Daddy's little girl
Dances alone and twirls.
Daddy's little child
Growing up wild.
Daddy's angel from heaven
Doesn't know how to trust again.

She sees her Daddy's welcoming smile
Telling her to go the extra mile.
He promises it's all worth while
If you get out of the pile.

Shame is not an option
Pride is always an expectation.
Her life is full of temptation
But he sees redemption.

Daddy's love
Is all she needs
Like a gift from above
Makes her succeed.
