The best one. I have started reading poem at the age of 8. Daffodilsis one of them.
The poet has narrated the nature impeccably. I really appreciate the deepness in his thought. (Report) Reply

Whenever I feel lonely and under a cloud
I take this poem from the confines of my heart
And merrily whistle and sing it out loud
The song of daffodils and joy makes a renewed start..........

I welcome all ye poets reading this to my page too (Report) Reply

One of the poems I learned from school. Evokes pleasant imageries and moods. It is a pity that recitation of poetry is no longer part of the general curriculum. It helped build my vocabulary. (Report) Reply

Daffodils was one of the poems I learned in school, the lines, I look upon that inward eye which is the bliss of solitude, touched me deeply. I have spent many happy days in the Lake District, in all seasons, but spring when the daffodils are in bloom is my favorite (Report) Reply

great poem...expressing how soothing nature is and the joy we gain by simply gazing at it. A pity most of us don't admire it the way we should. (Report) Reply
