Dama De Noche

That flower blooms only
at night

perhaps afraid of the
light

or just shy of the
sun's light

in darkness it spreads
its scent

nearby a man
embraces its own shadow

in bed
another man cannot
sleep

meanwhile the dama
de noche
continues to be enchanting
