Dancing Leaves 2 Poem by David Harris

Dancing Leaves 2

The silhouettes of dancing leaves
shine brightly through a dirty window pane
creating figures and assorted things
as the breeze blows
and the sun shines through.
We gaze mesmerized by them
in our mind’s eye,
seeing things we know
that are not really there.
