Dancing Trees Poem by Berta Vieira

Dancing Trees

Rating: 5.0

As I watch you watch the wind through the trees,
I wonder what your gently heart sees.

I see the enchantment,
as you watch with sparkling eyes.
Could it be the dance of the fireflies?

As I watch you watch the wind through the trees,
I wonder what your gentle heart sees.

Fairies dancing with sparkling wings,
flying dragons and magical things.

As I watch you watch the wind through the trees,
I ask you to tell me what your gentle heart sees.

You whisper softly with a knowing smile,
'The trees are dancing'

...dancing trees.
