She locks her feelings in a box
And throws the key into the bottom of the ocean
So that no one can see
Her feelings
Of hurt, of jealousy, of sadness
Of anger
She pushes the box deeper into her dresser
As she paints a smile on her face
She looks into the mirror,
She is happy.
