She said:

“The day is for the sun,
The night
Is for
My skin,
My breath,
My tongue,
My lips,
My hair,
My ear,
My neck
My head,
My bones,
My nails,
My fingers,
My toes,
My limbs,
My blood vessels,
My veins,
My nerves,
My sweat,
My pheromones,
My hormones,
My cells,
My eggs,
My genes,

And all the stuff, and
All my parts
Assembled or
Disassembled
In one, fewer, or
Different parts.

All my words,
That comes out
From my lips
My eyes,
My skin,
My whispers, or
My thoughts
Are yours
Make of them sounds, melodies, and trembling lights.

Be my night;
I will be your darkest winter sky.”
