Day's Test Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I was sleepless in night
The feeling too was not right
There was complete gloom and unhappiness
I could see it in morning and trace

The sun made me to rethink
There is no reason to sink
Let there be thousand worries
We should never surrender and carry

I thought about sun and light
How was it coming to our delight?
Whole of the universe depended upon
Living and non living bowed to sun’s crown

Whole day seemed to be shining example
How were we uselessly spending it with struggle?
It was just a chance to live with expectation
Just unique bond with lively connection

Such nice shine comes to an end
Evening approaches as cool friend
Moon spreads its silvery light
We all enjoy in stars delight

Silence in night prevails
All worries attack but fail
Mind comes to rest
For another day’s test
