you might not have noticed
but it has been a long time
that i have kept
my thoughts 'bout you
they maybe simple:

like you and me together
just for once
in a winter cold night
a summer breeze
where we fight a little
but end up in the
arms of each other

watching ashes fly
in the heat of
the burning fire
we laugh
with smiles
but our eyes can't keep distance

'i said i dreamt'
that you and i are together
and again we both smile
joy in our face
cannot be contained
for that moment
is ours

no riches, golds, jems,
or any treasures
in this world can beat
the time
those times spent
might be reality
for others
for me it was beyond
imagination

then i woke up
night time no more
it was a dream
