Days Are Golden Poem by Gulliver Gimble

Days Are Golden

Days are golden, when the mood is fair.
Stretched out across every memory.
It is in these times that we are most at ease,
most at hope and reminded of good things.
Some cannot find this inner peace.
This tranqual stage in a day so good.
They lift up and cry aloud, asking for answers,
with little thought in the question.
Will tomorrow be as good as today?
Can I smile when I seem so sad?
Surely by now, I do understand.
Days are golden, when the mood is fair.
