We come from such different backgrounds
We share nothing close to a similar culture
We shall meet halfway no questions asked
And we shall fight
swords drawn, shields strong, guns raised, and missiles armed
For that is the way of the world and we shall die brothers all

I thnk it is a very original and very good poem. Even though we differ so much from each other, as humans we are all brothers. And just because of the differences we like to kill each other! I like poems containing a wake-up call like this. Well wrttten
