I remember
The last time I spoke with you,
You asked and begged me
To do you a favour

You looked at me
With so much pain in your eyes
I would bet you wanted to cry
But a man like you was stronger than tears

You smiled ironically
And i felt the relief
And you went on to touch my head
And whispered in my presence
'When I Am Gone son,
Please Take A Good Care Of Your Mother for Me'

My heart beat so fast
That you declared a possibility
Of living me behind
And I thought I will never see you again
You Left me behind!
And I never saw you again
But i remember the last moment we had


Today I remind myself
And I take an opportunity
To account on the mission you gave me
And re-instate the promise
That I will always take care of you wife
Not because I love her, but because I love you too


I am proud
To have kept the promise thus far
And till I see you again,
I will give you the feedback
And you shall never live me behind again
