I know that these past years have been very hard.
I know that sometimes you feel like no one knows what you’re going through.
Sometimes you feel like you are all alone,
And that no one has felt what you are feeling right now.

I know that many boys have hurt you.
I know that you or I haven’t completely healed from the wounds that they left.
But, sometimes it’s best for you to move on.
Because you and I both have been in pain for too long.

I know that life can be really hard at times.
I know that it can be very stressful.
But, you cant blame yourself for everything that goes wrong.
I guarantee you that you wont always have control over the wheel.
Things mess up, but it’s not your fault that your life isn’t perfect.

I know that sometimes you want to give up.
And I know at times you feel like all this pain isn’t worth it.
But take a minute and listen to me.
Listen to me beating inside of you.

I can’t promise you that I can solve all your problems.
But I can promise you that you wont face them alone.
I have been apart of you for so long.
We have to start working together.

Boys will come and go,
Your life will take many directions.
I can’t promise that it will always be in the right direction,
But I can promise you that a few wrong turns will make you stronger.

You’re not alone in this,
I am with you now and I always will be.
Just trust in me and I promise to never let you down.
Together we can make it through anything.
Stay strong, and know that I am only a beat away.
