Dear Tulip Poem by Aufie Zophy

Dear Tulip

Rating: 5.0

I loved you when you were
just a bulb, looking a bit like a ball
I loved you when you were
only a few leaves, so cute and so small
I loved you as a bud
revealing your color, standing tall
I surely love you now
as your true beauty is to unfold
I don't think I'll like it
when you petals will fall
But in my heart and memory you'll be
forever the loveliest flower of all

Tulips are so beautiful to behold! We love the plant even before it is in flower because there is always an anticipation that it will bear a beautiful flower soon enough and know that it is going to be a marvel of beauty! But when it begins to wilt and wither, it is a pitiable sight! Yet we keep loving it as it once delighted our eyes! Simple and sweet!

Tulip is a beautiful flower generally appears in spring. Its leaves and buds are attractive too. Though its petal falls yet it takes place in heart. Dear Aufie, you have so nicely and touchingly inscribed this poem. Brilliant poem with thrilling expression. Thanks.10
