Decisions - Poem by Chloe Hughes

My head floats up with bubbles
in the shower,
In my pillows it tumbles
its way down.
Therefore I made the decision,
to leave my hair gritted,
Short and brown.

This may be an offbeat decision,
though I did it to save myself any rue,
For in life when you make a decision,
It can be perpetual scar or tattoo.

The rumour is that decisions
become clearer,
when you bloom wisdom in your tooth,
yet for now I fret to make
these permanent decisions,
When i'm only in my youth.
