Delightful Sunflowers Poem by spiritual seeker

Delightful Sunflowers

Rating: 5.0

Seen you so many delightful bright yellow sunflowers?
Greeting the morning sunrays, openly smiling,
Swaying playfully under the cool morning breeze,
Happily kissing those bees come regularly visiting.

Delightful sunflowers, big and small...
Some standing low and some standing tall,
A few so large and heavy, they stooped as if they will fall..
Stay among them and one never get bored watching them all!

I wish my lovely one is here to see my blooming sunflowers,
Cause they don't stay long in those brightly yellow colours,
Slowly after two weeks they begin to lose their lustre,
Their tasty seeds monkeys love to feast, thus killing their hunger.

Yes I too love these yellow delights. They are so refreshing, cheerful, bright, heavy headed and still be bending with humbleness. Great poem.

Another one of those fragile beauties. The sunflower is full of life, and bring such joy. It is among my favorites. Their tasty seeds monkeys love to feast, thus killing their hunger. The sunflower also is a part of that great circle of life. 10
