The hurt doesnt go away
niether does the pain
I cant believe it stayed so long
i cant believe it was so strong
it comes as often as the rain.

but everyday i feel better
even though we're no longer together
i know that there's someone out there for me
but it hurts to know that it probably wont be you
its okay though
because its time for both of us to move on

i thought our friendship could grow strong
but we both need to get on with our lives
we cant even get along

so its over
we're finished
whatever we had has long been deminished
