He was depressed,
So was she,
She tried to help him,
He tried to help her,
But the more they tried,
The more they cried.
They spoke of suicide,
They spoke of how beautiful it’d be,
On the other side.
They began to fight,
Nothing was right,
They couldn't cope,
They were beginning to lose hope,
It was so hard for two sad people to be there for each other,
For there was so much negativity flowing through both of their brains,
And running through their bodies, was a whole lot of pain.
Death was a glorious thought to them both,
The thought from hanging from the rope,
It was all they could think of,
But the truth was,
They cared for one another,
They just couldn't help each other,
Because they were both in great sadness,
Which was slowly turning them into madness,
They both hated their life,
They both were so close to picking up that knife,
It was hard for them to understand,
That they were meant to be on this land,
They had no reason to believe so,
They thought that they might as well just go,
Their fights began to affect them more,
Their words could be as painful as being chopped by a saw.
But, no matter what they may say,
She really loved him at the end of the day,
He was like a brother to her, who was always there,
And even though he may not believe it, she really does care,
For him to go would make her heart drop to her feet,
She wouldn't even be able to speak…
If he were gone,
She’d feel so sick and torn,
He needs to know this,
That if he left,
He would be dearly missed,
And that she cares so much,
And that she needs him to be strong,
Because he is wrong,
Hes amazing,
Wonderful,
Handsome,
And all the good words under the sun,
He just has forgotten how to have fun.
Happiness is a hard thing to find,
When you’re sad all the time,
But she wants to help him through this,
As hard as it’ll be,
She knows that patience is the key,
A depressed boy and girl,
Struggling to cope in this insane world.
Hoping things get better,
They need to know,
That they’ll always
Have each other.
there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. You're spot on Dannielle.10/10.
