Describe Poem by Alicia Meyers

I feel like no one understands,
Not any of my friends,
I feel like I'm just a lone wolf,
In my little cave.
If I say I'm fine when I'm really not,
They don't give me a hug,
And say I'm not,
They asume I'm fine.
I'm not fine,
I never have been,
I just wish there was someone -
To hug.
I've been depressed,
For half of my life,
And I've had that feeling,
Of cutting my wrists with a knife.
I guess this is how everyone feels,
This poem describes all of us,
I'm just one of those outsiders,
One of those outcasts.
