Desire Poem by Chris Jibero

Desire

I long for you, my beloved
The melody of your voice
The bounce
And grace
In your majestic steps
The motivation of your presence
The invitation your eyes transmit
To me to take and relish you, my apple

I long for you, my beloved
The beauty of your smile
The tenderness of your touch
The passion of your embrace
The honeycombs that are your lips
The allure of your perfect
And unblemished frame
The sheer delight of your breasts
The warmth of your soul
The balm of your entwining web-like legs
The verve of your youthfulness
And the peace in the unison
Of our rapturous anchoring
Capping them all

Oh, how awful and awry life would be
Without you beside me!
