Despair, Cease I Must Poem by Obinna Kenechukwu Eruchie

Despair, Cease I Must

Do of what use have I to despair?
Gloom, should I let, inhabit the air?
Of my love, loss sweetened with snare
To mislead me in grief to stay bare
For all eyes on. Sorrow must I share?
Share with every flesh and blood to stare
At my life, how I let with no care,
Bland to be, that even joy went spare.
Out of grief's mess, myself I must dare
Fit enough to leap to a world rare
With marvels desirous every where.
