Diamonds In The Sea Poem by Kelly Vinal

Diamonds In The Sea

Rating: 4.9

Is it better
Beyond the hurt
Beyond the place
Where the visceral meet
Where lips part ways
After the pain
Where our best hopes
Are for the least of sad
Where the trees still reach
Despite autumn
And in this land
This land
I'm not a love song
Or tragedy
I'm no echo
In serendipity
Love is eyes, drawn through light
Oh my brilliant, radiance of this
Nocturne, this night
I'm abandoned to you
Whilst lost on me
Fallen on the silt
Diamonds in the sea
