Dictate About Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Dictate About

We commit genocide
And decide
Who shall dictate about religion
And in which region

We don’t know about their ideology
But yes they are worshiper of almighty
Even very firm believer of one name
He is only one and supreme

Now it has become bloody path
People are pushed to death
While at public places and at mosque
Who shall explain their stake?

What shall be left behind?
What are we going to find
Only debris, destruction and killings
Are we pure to be called human beings?

We are taking pride
In calling upon holy warriors to decide
The fate of millions living around and elsewhere
No one is calling their action as fare

We get nothing
And have no scope to offer anything
When children and aged are not safe!
How can we eat peacefully from plate?
