Difficult Thoughts

A late morning to start
As the area is covered in snow,
My heart beats so fast, another day to go.
What a year it has been
So fast I can remember everything
Doesn't feel like it at all.
The past few months have been thoughts of insanity.
Thinking how and when to say goodbye
I think about it to much-
Shall I just write this is as my lullaby?
