Discovered Delight Poem by Gautam Sen

Discovered Delight

Color my mind with blend
of glee and touch of bliss,
a worn out painful me
in quest of harmony.
It's now totally dark –
it's on a siding track,
the mending who will do?
Come on! Just fetch me light.
I love to live delight
with plights of life in spite;
but tests of life sometimes
hurdle all hymns and rhymes.
I know you want to help,
and you too want to love
but pretexts are so strong
that keeps you concealed long.
If my deep dark band
touches you on the other hand
abreast of my ill fate –
bring me out to expand.

Be set for a forceful thunder
like an incredible wonder
that will strip open your mind
for the conduit of love to find
unspent and unuttered,
Oh! My forceful plunder-
a light ever is shined
to find my life streamlined.
