Discovery Poem by C.S. Keskuela

Discovery

joyful and playful
you jest and you clown
i'd rather you smile
than see you so frown

but if your frown is what I must face
then give it just as freely
so that it i may equally embrace
in my arms joyfully.

for it's all of you i would take
no matter what, how bittersweet
there is nothing of you i could ever forsake

whatever your temper
i ask only for you to share
that is really the true dare
just allow me to discover
the real person you are
