Disease Poem by Stephen Sherwood

Disease

Here i stand, im invulnerable
yet all i see is another empty hole
i dug it myself,6 feet beneath the ground
im searching for a soul in the body that i found

you mend it together, you to tear it apart
will the beat go on in the absence of a heart?
you seek forgiveness as you fall to your knees
but it's way too late, now you feel my disease.
