Do I weep, Do I weep of the visions that I do desperately seek, or do I weep from all the nightmares that come to me while I sleep.

Do I weep, Do I weep of all the things I cant do, or do I weep of the lies I have been told that wont ever come true.

Do I weep, Do I weep of all the promises I cant keep, or do I weep, yes I weep of all the places I cant find that I did so passion ally seek.

Do I weep, Do I weep because I was deprived of love, or do I weep why do I weep, because there no hope in the skies above.

Do I weep, Do I weep of all the lives I try to compare, or do I weep, yes I weep because I envy your lives and just cant be there.

Do I weep, Do I weep, because of the things I cant hold, and only have visions of beauties that lie and sparkle like gold.

Do I weep, Do I weep, of a mind that did lapse, Do I weep yes I weep of all the dreams I cant grasp.

Do I weep, Do I weep, of all my failing dreams, or do I weep yes I weep of all them that I have lost and will never be able to redeem.

Do I weep, do I weep of all the things that I have missed, Do I weep yes I weep for on their brow I would have wanted to kiss.

Do I weep, Do I weep of the promises of missed gain, or do I weep, yes I weep because I am reminded of how they have left my life in shame.

Do I weep, Do I weep, of a place that’s so lovely but seems so unreal, or do I weep, yes I weep, because its just something I cant feel.

Do I weep, do I weep, because there are so many things I cant explain, or do I weep, yes I weep because I have hopes that seem lifeless without a name.

Do I weep, Do I weep because I may not see, Do I weep, yes I weep of the beautiful angels my daughters will come to be.

Do I weep, Do I weep, because I at times feel I have failed at life or do I weep, yes I weep, because no one knows my true sacrifice.

Do I weep, Do I weep, of all the gifts life didn’t, or do I weep, yes I weep, because I have never heard the soft breath taking voice of an angel and the songs they sing.

Do I weep, Do I weep of all the places in time. Do I weep, Yes I weep because they are only memories in my mind.

Do I weep, Do I weep of all the mothers hard life and despair as she often dreams of a child who will no longer be there.

Do I weep, Do I weep because I have never heard the sound of a African drum, or do I weep, yes I weep because I know my ship home will never come.
Do I weep, Do I weep for the children of soldiers who cry, that know with every day that comes can be another their parents deployed may die.

Do I weep, Do I weep of a heart that has been taken from its soul, or do I weep yes I weep because it has been cascaded and exiled because it said to be too cold.

Do I weep, Do I weep for the child at night who may cry, do I weep yes I weep because they see no hope in the days that come by.

Do I weep, Do I weep because I have lost the love that was once found, or do I weep yes I weep because lonely days seem to be the way my life is now bound.

Do I weep, Do I weep because my dream may never appear, Do I weep yes I weep because they may have escaped me while I was sitting here.

Do I weep, Do I weep of the things in my past, or do I weep, yes I weep because my life seems like it is lived in a hour glass.

Do I weep, Do I weep, because I know somewhere across the sea, Do I weep yes I weep a soldier has just fallen to his knees.

Do I weep, Do I weep from the blisters on my feet, Do I weep yes I weep for I have lacked success, because my dreams and future didn’t meet.

So I’ll weep yes I’ll weep of this poem that I keep, that becomes so mesmerizing for those souls that so seldomly seek.
