Do Not Believe Poem by Aleksey Konstantinovich Tolstoy

Do Not Believe

Rating: 2.8

Do not believe, my dearest, when I say
That I no longer love you.
When the tide ebbs do not believe the sea -
It will return anew.

Already I long for you, and passion fills me,
I yield my freedom thus to you once more.
Already the waves return with shouts and glee
To fill again that same belovèd shore.

Unbound For MR In your homeland winter lingers passion runs on sleighs Your language cuts as skates on ice unheard passion pulses Into my wanting your long arms reach into heated desire your fingers probe Taken to the zenith before the posted boundaries passing known pleasures we explore My body, the vehicle taken by your desire handled willfully mastered, I open Waiting for the nectar the next encounter I dream the possibilites
