What are we going to leave behind?
For our generation to feel and find
Polluted air and contamination in water!
How are they destined there after?
I have no answer as on date
I think we have gone mad of late
Africa is always under severe grip of famine
Rest of the world is rejoicing with rich food and wine
We can still feed millions with food
Situation is not that bad but still good
Some of the forests are still in tact
We got to protect them in fact
I witness desolate places
Where there used to be huge green trees
In childhood we used to go for picnic
Now they have all disappeared with our magic
We can not blame nature
It plays its role as protector
Provides shelter and cover
We are paying no attention however
Glaciers are breaking and melting
Even though atoms are not detonating
Its long effect is witnessed all over
Climatic change is seen all over
We have snow fall in desert
Rivers are in spate and diverted
All over there is holocaust and fear
We got to be cautious and get ready to bear
We may be able to awaken the world
Bring as many as nature's lovers as possible in fold
We are committed to preserve natural wealth
As it is more likely to effect world's health
Let us leave behind smiling people
Who can shape their destiny without any trouble?
Leave with peace and breathe in free environment
Then only it will be worthwhile to note and comment

This is the time to come together and save our planet, our only home and restore the lost balance to her to avoid a huge global disaster.
