! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Doctor- Heart Taker

</></>Believed to be fine
Walking around zombie sedated
Seeming somewhat content
Living a simple life dated
I’d met him before
I’d seen his work
Watched his patients
I’d watched him lurk.
He picked his patients
Had anyone he desired
All based on his choice
A man playing with passions fire
I knew he wouldn’t look my way
Though I dreamed it in the day
Willing to endure the sharp objects of his touch
Knowing I would always want so much
When he finished with one he took another
Eventually my time came
He lead me into his office; his arms
And I felt no shame
Time marched on
And the surgery I prepared for
Though he never mentioned it
Keeping his intentions hidden in his core
He put me under with charm
Started with a scalpel of sincerity
Cut with a knife of promises
Took out what was once mine merely
He sowed me up
A future not alone prescribed he
I would be his last patient in life’s light and dim
A heart he had stolen from me
A heart I had stolen from him.
