Dont Cry For Me Poem by yvonne selase nyahe

Dont Cry For Me

Rating: 5.0

dont cry for me, young sailor
you may have left me
but you havent made me cry
you may have broken my heart
but i still stand strong
dont cry for me, young sailor
am sure you, ll find another at sea
or on another sandy beach
you, ll look into her lovely eyes
and caress her soft hair
you, ll whisper to her words that you, ve said to me
you, ll take her breath away with a kiss
just like you took mine
i wont look back at your ship sailing away
i refuse to feel the pain and vacuum you left behind
i wont batt an eye incase a tear should drop
i wont remember you, i forbide my heart to
dont cry for me, young sailor,
by tomorrow i, ld have forgotten you.

not an easy task, but something that must be done if the heart is to remain strong...
