He becomes his scariest monsters and
His scariest monsters become real
Claws rip and teeth tear holes
Cutting too deep for them to heal

He becomes his scariest monsters and
His scariest monster become him
He kneels to them on broken knees and
Caters to their every whim

He lingers in his deepest fears and
his deepest fears get close
He curls up tight in bed at night
With the risks they pose

He becomes his wildest demons and
His wildest demons are set free
They laugh at the damage they cause and
Whisper your fear is the key

He gives into his strongest impulses and
His strongest impulses take all
Their voices led to his insanity and
His empires downfall
