Downfall Of The Ugly Mass Poem by Noel Lorenz

Downfall Of The Ugly Mass

The world has seen it's ugly mass
Drowning it day by day.
Worrying won't take it to places;
Taking it's toll in every possible way.

Asks Nature, 'what to do? '
Man has no answer.
Nature gives home to man,
He destroys to get richer.

The world is hopping everyday,
Towards inevitable end.
Triumphant as it now may seem,
Man has breached the line.

Nature knows not when,
Man will stop using brain;
From sawing the branch it sits on,
Quite happily calling the downfall.

A day will come when man will learn-
Once upon a day he had all,
All he had need of. But 'tis too late now
To Regret on the day of the Downfall.
