Drama, Drama Go Away Poem by Khloe Chace

Drama, Drama Go Away

In our highschool years,
Drama is everywhere.
It' anywhere you turn,
It's mixed within our air.

A boyfriend is cheating on his girl.
A slacker is cheating on his test.
A girl talks smack about a friend behind her back.
Everyone argues because they think they are the best.

Is any of this real,
Or is it just a guess?
People start a story,
and it ends out to be a mess.

Don't we all just want out?
For it to all go away?
Not to stress about the tinest little thing,
To actually be excited to start each day?

I want to mentally run away.
From all the drama and days of sad.
Be with the boy I want,
In isolation wouldn't be too bad (<-that wasnt supposed to sound weird, i just wanted to be away from everyone else)

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This started when this evil girl started spreading rumors about me...in 7th grade! Yeah! Then I just was upset with the world and wondering what was real and what problems really meant.
