Dream Poem by Colin Wormald

Dream

I laid there cold and frail with noon sparkling through the stained glass window Casting dancing shadows around the room

Dream of lovers passed, thing I should have done or said
People who I have met and yet to meet, of friends family who gone before and those yet to go
Life has been good, with its ups and downs it’s laughs and tears

The clock ticks for me will there be tears and will I be missed
It’s now time to pay the ferry man and dream the everlasting dream.
