Dreams Of Rain - Poem by Gabriela Duricova

Losing myself in the mirrors of days
Blinding reflections of bright summer sky
I search for relief that will make body die
As aching heart in my tired chest sways
Tangle of voices I hear in me scream
Calling the name that sounds so very dear
You bring the peace denying world to tear
Apart piece of my soul where I cherish the dream
Picturing two wrists bound by sheer silky rope
Together and its knot's sealed with kiss
No wonder that my depths tenderly miss
You and your rain, both for me sweetest dope
