Drinking And Friends Poem by Ashley Carnes

Look all around; and
around the town. For
Just that fix that you kno you miss,
for six straight years and never missed
any of the beers.

Time passes on
and so do friends.
When the drinking days are done
so are the friends.

The years are almost done
and winter is falling,
and the urge to drink
is never left behind.


So il say this once
and only once,
stay with the ones who
loved you more than once.
