Drunk On Soju Poem by Ronald Chapman

Drunk On Soju

Drunk on Soju again,
Trying to forget your voice,

I said I was happy just talking to you,
And hear your voice once more,

I kept my feelings locked up inside,

When I'm with you, I am always laughing and smiling,

But, one by one the echoes of your voice began to disappear,

Drunk on Soju again,
Trying to forget your voice,

I said I was happy just talking to you,
And hear your voice once more,

Like a fool,
I kept my feelings for you locked up inside,

I spent an eternity waiting to tell you,
I love you!

You are gone,

Drunk on Soju again,
Trying to forget your voice,

Now I only hear your voice in my glass of Soju.
