Dug In My Spur Poem by David Darbyshire

Dug In My Spur

Rating: 5.0

Picked up my Guitar,
put down my beer.
Walk away from the bar,
Of her I will steer clear.

She almost tripped me,
as I walked by.
She was so wild and free,
and I am so shy.

We met head to head,
'Hallo Cowboy', she said.
I said, ' Well howdy-duddy'
I was on my way for a pee.

That's to much info, for me.
You go for your pee.
That was the last I saw of her,
I got on my horse, and dug in my Spur
