Dust That Dawn Discovers Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Dust That Dawn Discovers

There be a dust that dawn discovers
Once
By day
By ray of sun
It evaporates as
The morning mists and the night-dews
The dust that fell at night
From walking bones and
Skeletons and shrouds
Phosphor and acid of life
It fell
Then evaporated high
There was a dust that dawn discovers
Once.
