It's a dynamite world
Are you ready to explode?
Cause the fires burning hot
And you ignite my soul
There's no other one like you
Come here, come on over for the show.
I'm a dancing queen under your bedrooms dim glow
Like disco balls, I'm a shining star, don't you ever let me go
I can see the moonlight
Pale, smiling in the dark
Cause someone loves her so
On the edge of all tomorrows.
My handsome man, you're my sun in the night of forever
Creatures beautiful and dazzling
In the shadows of their nevers
We may never understand this party life at hand, but I'm caught deep inside it's web.
Honey, will you just watch me go down in flames?
But no, I think I'm cooling off
And the silver stars are like ice, like ice.
And no, when I think of it I say
You're the one burning up like the sun's own flame
Your heat raises me up til I'm lost in the galaxy and I'm alone and truly free
Cause people like us can never find a love divine
When I'll always see the broken hearts, the world's blue soul and saddened mind
While you're always on the chase, can't catch a breath
Your beauty is such a waste
But don't worry, I don't mind your ugly mind
Because there's an ugliness in me too.
In a different way, a sporadic way
There's a chaos running through my veins
A madness living in my bones
That only the ocean can dictate who I am or where I go.
Stop trying to the light the dark side of me
I can tell you love it when I'm dancing
With your hands on my waste, inhale my toxic taste
And release me with your breath of cheap wine
And the scent of my euphoria perfume wraps around your demented mind.
I can't find a way out of this tangled mess
It's sticky mangled thread
Yet there's a darkness at the end of the tunnel
Oh how I pray to reach it.
I'm running to you, from you,
I run towards the blackness.
Be still my heart, let me go,
Let me fall down my magic rabbit hole.
