Echo Poem by emily mackay

Echo

A touch of echo
Empty inside air
Living through the broken peices
Not knowing what's there
Picking the puzzles
Each bit different to compare
Mountains of words
The wind stood still to stare
Remember the rain drops
Slipping down my cheek
Mind refilled with nothingness
Flowers uplifting to reach there peek
Consumed into darkness
Scrambling around to be held tight
The deep moon
Shinning throughtout the night
Cold inside my mind
Hurting and in pain
The flowers start to die
The blue sky turns to rain
Turned inside out
Staring into something new
Eyes covered in tears
Only the slient screams echo through.
