Echoes Of Egyptian Goddesses Poem by Pete Crowther

Echoes Of Egyptian Goddesses

Rating: 5.0

Egyptians turned to her in crisis, Isis
Was the favourite of most mothers. Others
Tended rather to prefer her
Who appeared as a cow, how
I do not know, though
It was magic I suppose: those
Egyptian goddesses were very good at that!
She was very popular, the Lady of the Sycamore, Hathor,
Goddess of love, dance, and music, too. Who
Could not warm to such a one? None.

Great structure, I'd never have thought of that. Liked the subject matter too. Very enjoyable. HUgs Anna xxx

An unusual construction, I like it!
