Eyes wide open a sleepless night
Toss and turn with all your might
Close your eyes let will take flight
Conjure the image of a beach
With warmest sand beneath your feet
Breezy winds caresses your face
Embrace your body like feathery lace
Listen to the silent bliss
Feel the air in whispery kiss
Let your body sail in space
Breathing deep a slower pace
Empty mind to join eclipse
Slowly, surely fall asleep......
