We went into the night,
Despising the warning sign.
It all began with a little grin,
We all did not believe it.
A little puff, a little light,
Set our hearts fearless in the night.
O what joy, O what happiness,
We yet men stand as gods.
They bask in the sun,
We bask till dawn.
Who will decipher our state?
we were yet decieved by it's taste.
They say it is not our world,
Yet we stand as gods.
Ecstasy, Ecstasy, Ecstasy,
We could yet sail the seas,
For it is that we seek.
