Egoism Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Egoism

Rating: 5.0

Selfish ambition,
Shambles!
Crowned heads,
Desecration,
Drunkenness,
Egoism,
Embroil!
From a man or a woman;
To its knees.
Curbed!
Insecurity,
With time and space;
But, falling over one another.

Manipulators!
The common cause;
Acquitted,
Cent, recent!
With observations;
Bate, berated!
With the controversy,
And, demanding answers from the people.
Bar, barring!
In the land of your muse;
Stressed,
And, with socioeconomic woes.
